Position: Youth StaffLocation: Onboard international cruise vesselsContract: 4–6 months, renewable
🧒 Role OverviewBring energy, creativity, and fun to the high seas! As Youth Staff, you'll lead engaging activities for children and teens, ensuring a safe and memorable cruise experience for our youngest guests.
🎯 Responsibilities

• - Organize and lead age-appropriate games, arts & crafts, and themed events
• - Supervise children in play areas and during excursions
• - Ensure safety and well-being of all participants
• - Communicate with parents and guardians professionally
• - Collaborate with entertainment and hospitality teams
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of youth facilities

• - Degree or coursework in education, child development, or recreation
• - Minimum 1 year experience working with children (camp, school, daycare, etc.)
• - CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• - Energetic, patient, and team-oriented
• - Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
