🎯 Responsibilities

• - Engage guests with personalized product recommendations
• - Drive sales of luxury goods including jewelry, watches, and designer items
• - Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy
• - Process transactions and manage POS systems
• - Build lasting relationships with guests through exceptional service
• - Collaborate with onboard retail and hospitality teams

• - Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail or boutique sales
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Passion for fashion, jewelry, and premium brands
• - Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• - Cruise experience preferred but not required
