As the Executive Pastry Chef, you’ll lead the pastry department in crafting exquisite desserts and baked goods that elevate the onboard dining experience. You’ll oversee a team of pastry professionals, manage production, and ensure every sweet creation meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

- - Design and execute a diverse dessert menu for multiple dining venues
- - Supervise daily production of pastries, cakes, breads, and specialty items
- - Ensure consistency, quality, and aesthetic presentation of all pastry offerings
- - Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control of pastry ingredients
- - Train, mentor, and evaluate pastry staff performance
- - Collaborate with Executive Chef and culinary team for seamless operations
- - Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
- - Respond to guest feedback and accommodate dietary requests (e.g., gluten-free, low-calorie)
👨🍳 Qualifications:- - Proven experience as Executive Pastry Chef, preferably in cruise or luxury hospitality
- - Advanced knowledge of pastry techniques and international dessert trends
- - Strong leadership and team management skills
- - Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- - Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- - Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts
